Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide Customer Service for inbound/outbound calls
● Innovator Mapping (forming and maintaining community partnerships)
● Marketing and media outreach
● Client intake and consultation
● Assessment and interpretation of the efficiency of the programs
● Be responsible for the arrangement of training timetables and participant enrollment
● Participate in tracking, reporting and analysis of program evaluation for community impact
● Acquire Mental Health First Aid Awareness Training(s) Certification
● Assist with ordering of materials and provide assistance in program planning
Qualifications:
● Excellent organization, tracking, and reporting skills
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Capacity to perform tasks effectively, independently, and meet time constraints
● Ability to coordinate and manage multiple programs with close attention to detail
● Strong interpersonal and external skills and ability to work in a team environment
● Aligned and committed to the mission of the organization
Skills and Knowledge Required:
● Possessing the skill and understanding to collaborate respectfully and effectively with individuals from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
● Independently solve problems and work independently with minimum supervision while prioritizing deadlines
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
● Internet and email proficiency
Travel Requirement:
● Capability to travel throughout the State of New Jersey
